Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NeuroBet User, hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate," and NB Analytics, hereinafter referred to as the "Company."

1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting and referring customers to NB Analytics.

2. ACCEPTANCE INTO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form and be approved by NB Analytics. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application at our sole discretion.

3. COMMISSIONS

As an Affiliate, you will receive a commission for each sale referred by you that results in a valid purchase of NB Analytics products or services. The commission rate will be 20% of purchases and subscriptions. You will receive a commission for each month from the initial sale of the subscription as long as they stay subscribed.

NB Analytics will pay the Commission fees on a 30 day basis. The minimum payout threshold is $1. If your unpaid Commissions do not exceed this minimum payout threshold at the end of a payment period, NB Analytics may hold your Commission until the total unpaid Commissions exceed the minimum payout threshold.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

NB Analytics will make all Commission payments in USD through PayPal. NB Analytics will process payments no later than 30 days after the request from the .

If a Valid Purchase is canceled or refunded, or if payment cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment details, NB Analytics may deduct the corresponding Commission from your account balance.

NB Analytics is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred by you from PayPal, or any other third-party payment service used to receive your Commission payment.

5. RESTRICTIONS

As an Affiliate, you agree to the following restrictions:

(a) You will not use any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices to promote NB Analytics or its products.

(b) You will not engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email or unauthorized use of social media platforms for marketing purposes.

(c) You will not bid on NB Analytics branded terms, or any variations or misspellings thereof, for search engine marketing campaigns.

(d) You will not create or use any website, social media account, or other online presence that imitates or resembles NB Analytics or its products.

(e) You will not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity in connection with the Affiliate Program.

(f) You will not misrepresent NB Analytics or its products in any way.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

The term of your participation in the Affiliate Program will begin upon creation of your account and will continue until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn Commissions, and any outstanding Commissions not yet paid will be forfeited.

7. MODIFICATION

NB Analytics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the NB Analytics website.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.
