End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "Licensee" or "you") and NB Analytics ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of the NeuroBet mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App. Grant of License Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Restrictions on Use a. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer any rights granted to you under this EULA. b. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. c. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the App. d. You may not use the App in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations. Ownership and Intellectual Property a. The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by Licensor and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by Licensor. b. You acknowledge that the App contains proprietary information and trade secrets. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access or use of the App. Updates and Maintenance a. Licensor may release updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to the App from time to time. These updates may be provided automatically or require manual installation. Your continued use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of any updates. b. Licensor is not obligated to provide any maintenance or support services for the App under this EULA. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability a. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the App, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. b. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. c. Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the App. Termination a. This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. b. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. Severability If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
